Jody and David were worried. With all the new listeners, how were they going to continue making obtuse in-jokes and not alienate the audience?

Well, as one smart Do-Badder suggested: why not record an A-Z of Bad Boy Running covering all the references and in-jokes we made in all the previous episodes so it ALL MAKES SENSE.

(Of course, you could listen to all the previous episodes but this is a much more effective way of aggressively cornering your way to Do-Badder expertise...)

This may be useful if you're training for a marathon, ultramarathon, the Marathon des Sables or any OCR race (for SEO purposes, of course).
